Kenya Program Fees Program fees are based on 7 - day increments. One month is 28 days or 4 weeks. * 2 weeks $1285 * 3 weeks $1360 * 4 weeks $1435
* 5 weeks $1510 * 6 weeks $1585 * 7 weeks $1660
* 8 weeks $1735 - We do not charge an application or registration fee. Once you fill in the application form, and been accepted for your program, you will be asked to send a NON-refundable deposit of $150.
- Your deposit is transferable and will secure your place in the program you have chosen.
- The $150 deposit is included in the final price. Your deposit may be used up to a 3 year period when completing reservations for your trip. See Terms and Conditions for Refund Policy.
- Dates to begin volunteering are the 1st and 15th of each month. You must arrive one day prior to beginning your volunteer program for orientation the following day.
- Deposits are accepted by money order, personal check, wire transfers (US$), debit or credit card, or PayPal.
- Fee balances must be paid in full 45 days prior to leaving on your volunteer assignment. Fees other than deposit must be remitted by money order, certified cashiers check, wire transfer (US$), debit or credit card.
Volunteer with a Friend Receive $100 discount! With your chosen program, acceptance, and non-refundable fee paid, you will receive via email an orientation guide to download and print. It includes a complete understanding of what your volunteer assignment will be like. You will be given step by step instructions on what to do next and when. If you need to speak with a live person, you are always welcome to contact us at any time.
The guide will give information on obtaining a Passport/Visa, contact information, helpful hints such as what to expect, what to wear, packing, fund raising for your trip, and so much more. If you have any other questions you may personally contact our office and speak to us for further assistance.
